Now Microsoft has re-released Windows 10 October 2018 Update (Version 1809) again on November 13, 2018. In October, numerous updates were tested in the Insider Preview program. This version had already been released on October 2, 2018, but had to be withdrawn due to numerous bugs (see links at the end of article). 13/14, 2018? that Microsoft could release Windows 10 V1809 again on 13th Nov.
